By using naranashville.com or participating in Nashville Area Restaurant Alliance ("NARA," "we," "us") programs, you agree to these Terms.
NARA is a Nashville-area member alliance for independent restaurants. We coordinate vendor partnerships, host events, and share resources designed to help members operate stronger businesses. NARA does not own, operate, or franchise restaurants.
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:
Membership in NARA is offered at NARA's discretion to qualifying independent restaurants. Submitting a Join application does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or terminate any membership at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or behavior that conflicts with NARA's values or member interests.
Members are responsible for keeping their contact and restaurant information current.
NARA-listed vendors are independent businesses, not affiliates of NARA. We negotiate access and (where applicable) pricing on behalf of members, but:
NARA Connect and other events are subject to capacity, scheduling changes, and cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of significant changes but cannot reimburse incidental expenses (travel, lodging, etc.).
The NARA name, logo, and original site content (text, graphics, layout) are owned by NARA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish them without written permission, except for ordinary fair-use purposes (sharing a link, brief quotation with attribution).
If you submit content to NARA (testimonials, member quotes, photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for NARA's promotional and operational purposes. You may revoke this by contacting us.
The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Resend email delivery, vendor partner sites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
The site and NARA's services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NARA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NARA, its founder, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or participation in NARA. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or NARA membership will not exceed the total membership fees you paid to NARA in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NARA and its founder from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes affecting active members will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
